Manager, Business Analytics and Project Management

Work scope:

• Developing analytical performance frameworks and analytical models to support metric creation, measurement, and reporting
• Creation and preparation of executive level presentations
• Assist an overall project by overseeing performance and providing executive feedback to ensure corrective measures are taken without delay
• Ensure the project benefit realization process is followed throughout the life of the project
• Owns Project / Program accuracy, data quality in forecasting and reporting. Provide analytical support from the MD’s office to business partners in forecasting, modeling, and ad hoc analyses.
• Ensure that best-practices, trends, and competitive activity is continuously monitored to influence strategy and solutions for all initiatives
• Communicate and present project results to business partners and management
• Support identification and dissemination of best practices across the organization pertaining to clinical and operations improvement
• Conduct recurring and ad-hoc market research to identify and prioritize enhancements

Requirements:

• Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills
• High Sense of Urgency while maintaining high standard output
•  Innovative and Independent Aptitude
• Highly organized and process-oriented mindset
• Articulate written-English skills (reading and writing)
• Analytical mindset capable of identifying trends and gaps
• Advanced Excel knowledge preferred, intermediate required
• PowerBI DAX Scripting preferred
• Object oriented programming experience preferred
