A feature of the application is the link to two groups: a specific community (youth center, etc.) and designated coordinators / managers. In practice, this means very individual tasks that will take into account the needs of both groups. So, we get a constant interest of managers in filling it on the one hand, and on the other hand volunteers have contact with managers, they identify them, it creates trust and quickly attracts, respectively, we eliminate the frequent problem of such applications when tasks are set by a virtual team. ”. At the same time, the application gives managers the opportunity to make volunteer management more interactive and gamified, which is especially relevant when working with young people. The application also allows managers in terms of limited resources, which can motivate volunteers, to create a motivational system that will replace such resources. This structure of the application is attractive for other non-governmental organizations that involve volunteers, because it is easily adapted in the presence of basic parameters - physical space and constant work with volunteers. Coordination through the Association of Youth Centers of Ukraine will provide an opportunity to implement the application in other regions, to present to partners among youth organizations with which the AMCU is in a coalition.

For the first time, user volunteers had the opportunity to "confirm" their experience. After all, there is currently no such possibility, except for letters of recommendation or similar paper versions from the coordinator / manager, which may be important in employment, but not suitable for showing in any other environment, for example in the family or among acquaintances, but the application (application) has this advantage - it is the most adapted product for the youth audience, which is easily distributed, always at hand, "achievements" can be easily compared and communicated. Also, unlike online groups, the information in the mobile application (application) remains constant, it is not overwritten and is not lost in the discussion. In fact, in contrast to the usual groups on social networks, where volunteers exchange information and communicate, the mobile application (application) is not for communication, it is a kind of reward system that will encourage interaction, and thus use the opportunities offered through the application (application).
