I have more than 20 years of experience working in the corporate environment within the pharmaceutical industry. I have mentored and coached colleagues both junior and senior.
I have also been involved in a number of pan-organisational initiatives relating to workforce engagement, well being and orientation. I am a certified coach in business coaching (1 International Coaching Federation (ICF) recognised diploma) and personal performance (2 ICF recognised diplomas).
