The Town of Arcadia is seeking Community Development Block Grant Funding to address the wastewater collection system and treatment plant. The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs requires a residential survey to document the needs from a resident standpoint. Thank you in advance for providing your input to this survey, it will help the community compete for a $700,000.00 wastewater improvement grant.
