The app keeps asking for a verification every now and then, apparently between weeks apart. This verification requires to take a selfie to confirm it's still you using the app. I contacted the support within the app that ended up asking me to click on a link to verify me again (once again, taking a selfie) to verify it's me. I'm using the same mobile, never uninstalled the app, and I'm even using the very same IP address. I'm already too old for this BS security protocols. Closed account.

This is crazy, why have only one option to verify identity, passport is not the only way to verify people, please include more ways... This app really has potential to compete, but it is actually pushing users off from using it. Fix this.

After UPDATING the app to the LATEST it still closes after launch. I'M TIRED WITH THIS APP AND UNINSTALLED IT. Support didn't help. They asked to update it which was done before even submitting a ticket and I said about that them already in my initial message when submitting one. So many persons employed, was passed from one to the next & they still can't solve it & don't read emails carefully. If the app would be working after update I wouldn't be even submitting a ticket. Logical isn't?
