If you have any questions that are not answered here, details of how to get in touch can be found at the end of this email. You can also join the Facebook Group

We will still be including some additional hygiene measures around the event site - and there will be other elements that haven't completely returned to normal - in order to allow you to ease back into racing in a crowd.

Before Race Day

Think about your training and what you should eat and drink in the 24 hours before the event. If you've not trained as well as you hoped, be prepared to take it easier, particularly for the first half of the race.

Plan your journey carefully - travel information for getting to The Regent's Park can be found below.

Finding us in the park

For this event, at the request of the park we have moved over to the more spacious Cumberland Green, just off The Broad Walk.

The race hub, registration and start/finish area is opposite The Broad Walk Cafe or The Espresso Bar, NW1 4NP or use the What3Words location.

We recommend you use the TFL website to plan your journey to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.
