Eligible youth organisations must submit their proposals through the EYF online system by 1 October 2022 (midnight, Strasbourg time).

NGOs wishing to apply must first get registered in the EYF online system. The registration process may take up to 2 weeks. As explained on the EYF website, the EYF will not process new NGO registrations 2 weeks before the deadline of 1 October, which means that only registration requests received until 17 September will be processed in time for this round.

For more information about the process of applying, check the specific page on the EYF website.

To prepare an application for these grants, please read carefully the relevant documents on the Forms & guidelines page and get acquainted with the type of projects the EYF has been supporting.

Please note the international activities and annual work plans must be connected to the priorities of the youth sector of the Council of Europe.

Information related to budget and financial management of these two types of grants is available at the specific page.

The EYF is also organising information sessions about these grants in Brussels and online. Find out more about how to attend here.

The EYF is looking forward to receiving impactful and meaningful project applications from all over Europe.
