Our services include Contact Center solution (gPlex), IP PBX solution, Smart IVR, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Smart Business Phone Solution, Banking Solution, Advance IT Training and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Genuity is looking for some experienced Marketing Analysts to market its products, especially the gPlex Contact Center Solution.

Job Responsibility:
- Performing valid and reliable market research for perfect marketing.
- Conducting competitive marketing research for ideal marketing.
- Moving forward in an effective marketing process by presenting complex data in a simple way.
- Needless data elimination from various sources for analytic marketing.
- Partnering with wider marketing team to identify opportunities.
- Optimising campaign performance and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Analysing and assessing different data sources to build strategy for the marketing path.
- Formulating a plan and present it to senior management or a client.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform in the field of Tech Marketing
- Strong digital strategy experience with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into simple presentation, using analytical mind.
- Experience across email marketing, marketing automation and digital analytics platforms.
- Excellent presentation capability.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the area of Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research/Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning.
- The applicants should have experience in the field of Tech Marketing.
