    1. One Time Setup has to be paid 100% in advance along with Monthly or Quarterly Advance Payment.
    2. Total cost is not subject to withholding Taxes.
    3. All equipment, including hardware installed at the customer's premises are the sole properties of TecPoint Global Solution Ltd. subject to lease/care of the customer. In the event of service termination by either party, all installed equipment shall be retrieved.
    4. All above terms are mandated by Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC).
    5. Equipment is non-transferable & is for providing services of TecPoint Global Solutions Ltd. only 
    6.  A customer who wishes to suspend billing for a specific period shall provide in writing an email notification to the Customer Care team via customercare@tecpointglobal.com at least 48 hours prior to the desired suspension period. If a customer fails to provide notification of the desired suspension to the above email address within the stated time frame, the customer shall not receive credit for the suspended period.
    7. The minimum period of suspension of an internet connection shall be one (1) week and the maximum period of suspension shall be two (2) months.
    8.  Any suspended connection shall be automatically activated after two (2) months. Should a customer request for further suspension at the expiration of two (2) months, such connection shall be terminated and equipment retrieved by TecPoint Global Solution Ltd.
