To come to work on time and fulfill the monthly minimum working hours 

To attend to incoming phone calls and walk in customers

To handle and reply daily quote

To be well-versed in Company products and services

Ecommerce & Marketplace, processing order

To assist perform sales presentation/exhibition, customer Acquisition B2B

To train new sales or customer service employee and monitor their performance and progress

To assist Logistics Department in stock-take, delivery & warehouse housekeeping

To comply with all Company’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced and implemented by the Company from time to time

To agree that his/her assignment, duties and responsibilities may be changed by the Company in its sole discretion 

Willing to work overseas

To assist on updating of social media

Any other ad-hoc duties
