Probably the twentieth time in Sharm and the last 4 times we stayed at Grand Rotana. This time we spent almost the entire month of February here and enjoyed every second. The staff has not changed in recent years, the service is at the highest level. Customer relations manager Inna Shefer helped me a lot with my small problem. The food is very fresh and quite varied. The garden is incredible, the gardeners have been on their feet since six in the morning, picking out weeds with their hands, watering and mowing the lawns. We enjoyed visiting the sports club in the mornings and went to the sauna several times. We want to come again!

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Italian restaurant manager and Ramses hotel staff are super friendly. Two girls on the desk at the entrance of ramses Hotel always welcome the guest and smile. I love the hotel activities, which was really enjoyable and celebrated my birthday there. Great hotel , with a professional and welcoming staff , amazing design , good restaurants and bars . The territory very clean and beautiful . There is different areas for relaxation and active holiday . Great place for families with children and for solo travellers as well . The middle beach area is always so fun and active . The resort proposed multiple activities and events every single day , and night shows in the evening . In one word you will always feel special and welcome . The relax area is very calm and green , perfect if you like to meditate . Everyone is friendly and helpful . Big thanks to the guest relation Inna and Angie from entertainment team they are doing their best and are a huge plus for the hotel . I’ve seen reviews saying that once you arrive to rotana you feel like home and I 100% agree with this !
