Does exactly what it needs to and good price - great room mapping and does a good job of cleaning hardwood and low carpet. Only got stuck when it was initially mapping the first floor, but after I identified no-go zones it has not gotten stuck since. No idea about longevity but I had a different Eufy that lasted a few years before this one.

Exactly what we needed

I've used this product for a few days now and am surprised at the quality.  Excellent for the price.

My son had this product and loved it.  Found it on clearance through Walmart.com and I'm very very happy

I got this one to replace my Eufy 25C. We run our robot each night to clean up after our pets, this model does not disappoint. The laser eye sees and maps the house and does a great job cleaning. The price was just right!

Great Buy

Love the convenience, mapping, you can set a schedule, access from your phone/app %26 can adjust suction per room/section. Doesn't get everything 109% but does a good job.

Still gotta sweep

I only bought irobot because i have used other brands and mostly disappointed me.  However,  this is the first vacuum that is not irobot that impressed me a lot.  The mapping is awesome.  It's very accurate and easy to setup.  It doesnt bump into furniture like most robot i had.   The side brushes rotate slowly so it could pickup debris easily.  The only thing I dont like is the main brush.  It's little too small and only 1 roller.  I like irobot main roller better..

I bought my LR20 November 30 '22.  Overall I like it.  The mapping works fine and it cleans reasonably well. 

A problem has developed that may make it difficult to use going forward though. The last 3 times I've used it it's stopped in the middle of cleaning with an error that the brush roller can't turn.

I keep the brush roller clean. The problem is the gear/cog that turns the roller. There is hair wound behind it.  There's no way to get that hair out. Tried tweezers and needle nosed pliers but the hair breaks before it can be pulled from behind the cog.  There's no access I can find to get behind the cog where the hair is wound up. 

I live alone (male) and have a female visitor most days of the week.  No kids, no pets.  So I'm guessing this will happen to bigger households sooner than it did for me. 

My rating would be 4 stars if it weren't for this problem.

Critical problem with brush roller

Nobody seems to have the replacement parts for this model, if you manufacture it or sell it in your store you should carry the proper parts to do regular maintenance. Worthless if you can't use.

Neither Walmart or Eufy carry maintenance Parts

Firstly, if you are considering buying this vacuum, you should know that this model is NOT part of Eufy's standard line! This vacuum was designed and “streamlined” specifically for Walmart and it's price point demands.

Basically, it's LiDAR technology at its cheapest. It's taking one of their higher end, LiDAR vacuums, and ripping out anything they deem unnecessary in order to bring the price down. And you WILL feel it. 

For me, LiDAR did not live up to the hype in this vacuum. This thing functions more like their “bumper series” than a laser guided navigation series.  This vacuum routinely ignored my invisible boundary lines, constantly rewrote its map, usually with wild insanity, as you can see attached.  Thus making my set up irrelevant. It crashes into anything, and everything shorter than 6 inches, including MY ANKLES! 

Seriously! This thing would intentionally go after me. I know that sounds crazy, but I would be standing someplace and the vacuum would turn and make a beeline for me. If I moved, it would change direction and head toward me again. It would come at me from behind a nail me in the heels of my feet. And it would also come at me from the front and the sides and rip over my toes like they didn't exist.  I've learned to keep an ice pack on hand.

Lastly, I should talk about my experience dealing with Eufy regarding this vacuum.  I contacted the company weeks ago. I called them first and explained the situation. After two hours on the phone troubleshooting this vacuum, the issues were sent to a specific team that was supposed to help. 

Apparently this vacuum is very new, and these issues are serious and “unheard of”.  Since that call, I have been forced to spend the last several weeks, taking videos, screenshots, make software updates, and write out lengthy emails detailing all of the issues, only to be met with ridiculous solutions, like placing the vacuum base in the center of my living room.

I have not been offered any replacement vacuum. I have not been offered any upgraded vacuum. I have not been offered a single logical solution.  This is really quite a shame as I have several other Eufy products and even another robot vacuum that I absolutely love and that function just fine. I've also never dealt with this kind of heel dragging when contacting customer support with this company either. 

Not sure what it's all about but I would advise, not purchasing this robot vacuum. 
It's not ready! And the hassle is just not worth it.

Bad Execution of Quality Technology

I have tried to re-map my home and reset the map many of times but the robot just does not complete all rooms in my house. I have even sectioned off the rooms to make them work clearer and possibly better but that did not help a lot of miss spots. But it does pick up good for the items it does catch I will say that! Just not worth the money easier to do a quick sweep and grab it up yourself
