Lieve Paradigmer,
Laten we er niet omheen draaien: het zijn extreem moeilijke tijden. Ook voor Paradigm. We proberen ons hoofd boven water te houden, maar dat is momenteel erg lastig. Alles loopt anders dan verwacht. Geen clubavonden in het Zeefgebouw, geen Winter Parade, geen Backyard Festival, geen APOE, geen Planet Paradigm, geen Sunday Afternoon Collective, geen Paradigm Festival en een dikke streep door de opening van onze nieuwe Club. Rond deze tijd zouden Joris Voorn en Speedy J terugkeren voor hun jaarlijkse Paradigm-avond. En wat doet het pijn dat we het jaar niet samen met jullie kunnen afsluiten tijdens de NYE-Trilogy.
Toch hebben we in 2020 ook mooie momenten beleefd. Samen met jullie in de Biergarten. We kunnen niet in woorden uitdrukken hoe dankbaar we zijn voor de steun die we hebben gevoeld.
Maar nu ligt alles stil. De Corona-crisis dendert voort.
Je kunt ons helpen deze crisis te overleven door te doneren.

Dear Paradigmer,
Let’s not beat around the bush: these are extremely difficult times for all of us and Paradigm is no exception. We’re trying to keep our heads above water but it proves to be a tough challenge. Everything is turning out different than we expected. No club nights in Het Zeefgebouw, no Winter Parade, no Backyard Festival, no APOE, no Planet Paradigm, no Sunday Afternoon Collective, no Paradigm Festival and cancellation of the opening of our new Club. Around this time of year, we’d usually welcome Joris Voorn and Speedy J into our midst for our annual get-together. It sucks that we can’t even close the book on 2020 together during the NYE-Trilogy.
Nevertheless, it wasn’t all bad this year. We opened up the Biergarten and created a space for everyone to meet up and enjoy some good music in a safe manner. We can hardly put into words how grateful we are for the support we’ve felt throughout the summer.
But for now, everything is on hold. And the Corona crisis doesn't look to let off any time soon.
