奈良公園高級リゾートホテル建設差止を求め奈良県と争っていましたが、本日、奈良地方裁判所において原告らの請求を棄却する判決が下されました。私たち原告団が訴えてきた最も重要な論点である「都市公園法における高級リゾートホテル建設の違法性」に関しては一切触れず、門前払いともいえる受け入れがたい判決です。
