Programming Submissions

All fields are required.

HalloWhedonCon 2020 is nothing without all the energy and excitement that YOU bring to share with your fellow WhedonVerse Fans. In that spirit, we're reaching out to give you the opportunity to submit a panel, workshop, screening or other programming idea.

We’re looking for creative and diverse programming that will help make WhedonCon 2020 an unforgettable experience for each and every attendee. If there is a subject you’re passionate about, apply to host a panel today!

Schedule Submission FAQ's

• Panels must be a maximum of 45 minutes long.

• There is no charge associated with recording a panel for HalloWhedonCon other than any costs you may incur yourself.

• All panels should be suitable for an all-ages audience, including language.

• Only those whose panels have been chosen will be contacted via programmingdept@whedoncon.com. Adjust spam folder accordingly.

• Submission of this form does not guarantee programming participation.

• HalloWhedonCon reserves the right to edit the video for length and suitability.

• We are excited to promote your presentation and ask that you please wait at least Monday, October 26th 2020 to share your presentation in its entirety through your own platforms. However, if you would like to tease your panel or presentation (up to 5 minutes), we welcome that.

A full day of frights, fandom, and fun is coming to a screen near YOU!

 

Gather with fans from all around the world to celebrate the talented casts, creators, and crews of your favorite shows with a day of virtual panels, Q & A's, cosplay contests, trivia, games.  One-on-One Private and Group Video Meet & Greet Chats will be announced over the coming weeks.

 

The Party's Live Stream starts 11:00 AM PDT. Most of the virtual panels, Q & A's, cosplay contests, trivia, and games will each be approximately 45 minutes with 15 minute breaks in between.

 

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Remember, funds raised are going to charity. Access Codes are not shareable. By purchasing access to this event, you agree to this purchase policy.
