Service and staff particularly Mr Frantz Mathis went above and beyond. Facilities were spotless. Staff very welcoming and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi. The hotel had excellent "little touches" like water at the pool or beach and sun lotion, tea card at turn-down service. Buffet was excellent -constantly replenished, food displays were imaginative and colorful with an abundance of choice. Padel courts were in a great condition and spotless.
