Helpdesk & Hotline Executive for IT Support Department Vacancy – 2 Job Context: We need people who are self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people to work as "Executive" in its IT Support Helpdesk to act as 1st line of contact point for IT Support in order to manage customer queries/Calls and response in a professional manner. Educational Requirements: •Bachelor degree in any discipline •Candidate with English medium ('O' level & 'A' level) background will get preference. Remuneration: Negotiable Job Responsibilities • Act as 1st point of contact for IT support customer queries. • Must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their clients’ needs.
