I think there should be options for both rider and passenger to select the ride. Sometimes rider should wait for hours to get passengers. Please fix it.

Very poor customer service in case of Nepal, they don't pick up phones even after 5 minutes of continuous ringing, all the money waste in phone. Very bad customer service.

I told them about my problem with network issues. They just suspended my account. If I didn't tell the problem, they would just rate me down. Thought the problem was network. They just told me to pay 1190rs and said this is your fine. I was unaware about the fine system while consulting them at the very first day. This is not right for me. Like me there is many people who are facing the same problem while I connect to some of the rider. This is not the way of earning pathao drive..
