Definitely a fan of this, considering that most of us use TikTok as a search engine but my main concern would be the filtering of the reviews. 😊 Who can leave a review - random people or people that have proof that they have purchased/ used the service? Can the business decide what to leave on and what not to leave on? On the business side of things, how can they implement crisis management tactics based on the reviews that they get ( obviously the negative ones) and how can they be held accountable? 👀

Create scenes & experiences that subtly incorporate MOTH in a way that’s reflective of your target audience.
