Bad customer service
I paid but they said it’s declined even though it got processed. They didn’t give me the balance until I disputed the transaction.
They’re a bunch of liars.
The customer service is very very bad. The representatives get in with you in the chat and get out without saying anything. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp more than 10 times, and they only responded twice.
Can’t log in
After creating an account, the prompt keeps telling me “ not a valid user name/passwords”
