C’EST QUOI LE FIC - FORUM INTERNATIONAL DE LA CYBERSÉCURITÉ ? 

En 11 ans d’existence, le FIC Europe est devenu le plus grand événement de cybersécurité et de confiance numérique, avec 19 000 participants, 550 partenaires privés et publics, 520 intervenants et 60 pays représentés. Grâce au soutien des autorités québécoises, canadiennes et françaises, l’événement traverse l’Atlantique et se tiendra à Montréal, les 1er et 2 novembre 2022, pour sa première édition nord-américaine.

L’objectif est de renforcer les liens entre le Canada, les Etats-Unis, l’Europe et le monde, en partageant nos expériences et en échangeant à tous niveaux : politique, opérationnel et technologique.

ET LE RÔLE DE CYBER CONCIERGE ?
L'équipe du FIC recherche des bénévoles, curieux.ses, intéressé.es et même passionné.es par les domaines de la cybersécurité. Si tu as envie de vivre un événement au coeur de l'actualité internationale, de connecter avec les entreprises les plus actives dans le domaine et apprendre des plus grands speakers, rejoins-nous !  

Les missions principales en quelques mots : 

Avant l'événement
Répondre à distance aux questions des participants qui te seront confiés à préparer leur venue à Montréal. (logistique, programmation, rencontres...). Tu auras à ta disposition toutes les informations nécessaires et un point de contact en tout temps pour t'épauler.

Pendant l'événement
Guider et conseiller les participants à s'orienter vers les différentes activités et espaces. Nous te demandons d'être présent.e à au moins deux demi-journées sur les 4. Le reste du temps est libre, une belle occasion de profiter des activités !

LES PROCHAINES ÉTAPES
Septembre : appel aux candidatures et recrutement des équipes de Cyber Concierges
Octobre : formation en présentiel à Montréal (lieu à déterminer), en virtuel (au besoin) et prise de contact avec les participants qui te seront confiés. 
1 et 2 novembre : présence obligatoire (selon tes disponibilités) à au moins deux demi-journées.

WHAT IS THE FIC - INTERNATIONAL CYBERSECURITY FORUM?

In its 11 years of existence, the FIC Europe, has become the largest cybersecurity and digital trust event, with 19,000 participants, 550 private & public sponsors, 520 speakers and 60 countries represented. With the support of the Canadian and French authorities, the event is crossing the Atlantic and will take place in Montreal, on November 1 and 2, for its first North American edition. 

The objective is to strengthen the links between Canada, the USA, Europe and the world, by sharing experiences and exchanging ideas at all levels: political, operational and technological.
 

AND THE ROLE OF CYBER CONCIERGE?

The FIC team is looking for volunteers who are curious, interested and even passionate about cybersecurity. If you want to experience an event at the heart of one of the most pressing international topics, connect with the most active companies in the field and learn from the greatest speakers, join us!

The main missions in a few words: 

Before the event
Answer by email the questions of the participants who will be assigned to you to prepare their visit to Montreal (logistics, programming, meetings...). You will have at your disposal all the necessary information and a point of contact at all times to support you.

During the event
Guide participants to the different activities and spaces. We ask that you attend at least two of the four half days. The rest of the time is free, a great opportunity to enjoy the activities!

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
September: call for applications and recruitment of Cyber Concierge teams
October: training in Montreal (location to be determined), virtual training (as needed) and contact with participants who will be assigned to you. 
November 1 and 2: mandatory attendance (according to your availability) at least two half-days.
