НАВЧАННЯ ПІД ЧАС ВІЙНИ: ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ БЕЗПЕРЕРВНОСТІ ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ В УКРАЇНІ ТА ЗА ЇЇ МЕЖАМИ

Анотація. Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей організації освітнього процесу в Україні та за її межами у зв’язку з неспровокованим і невиправданим, широкомасштабним військовим вторгненням російської федерації на територію України. Розглянуто основні виклики та нагальні потреби, які постали перед вітчизняною освітою в умовах запровадження правового режиму воєнного стану. У результаті аналізу сучасного стану функціонування мережі закладів освіти в Україні з’ясовано, що понад 1500 із них зазнали руйнувань унаслідок зазначеного вторгнення. Окреслено масштаби вимушено переміщених осіб і біженців, котрі, рятуючись від війни, змушені були залишати домівки й шукати прихисток за кордоном. Розглянуто можливості реалізації права на освіту як в Україні, так і в країнах, що приймають біженців із неї. Зроблено акцент на діях Уряду України, команди Міністерства освіти і науки України, європейських країн та партнерських організацій, спрямованих на створення безпечних умов для забезпечення безперервності освітнього процесу, використання методів дистанційного навчання, надання психосоціальної підтримки та ін. Встановлено, що вимушено переміщені школярі й студенти в країнах ЄС мають можливість долучитися до навчання в місцевих школах, у деяких країнах діють спрощені умови вступу для українських абітурієнтів до закладів вищої освіти, функціонують безкоштовні курси вивчення іноземної мови для дітей і дорослих тощо.
