I really like our Roborock S5 Max, we have vinyl plank floors and thick plush carpet in the bedrooms and it "Floora" does a good job ! It took a whole day for it to map 2,700 sq ft but once it was done it has been nice to select just the areas and days you want it to clean.

Enjoying my Roborock S5 Max

I have a 3,000 square foot home with hard wood and carpeting throughout, this little guy has been doing a phenomenal job with mapping out the house and getting its routine memorized. Has yet to get stuck on anything and the battery life has been fantastic. I haven't tried the mopping feature as of yet, so I can't speak on that. But overall, great purchase.

Loving my Roborock s5 max!

I like it very much. Much better than our old robot cleaner of a different brand.  With the vacuuming and mopping working at the same time, it made our floor shiny clean.

I have this vacuum in my house-  it is INCREDIBLE-  So many features and so easy to use.  I haven't used the mopping feature yet but i have it on a schedule to clean every Tuesday and Thursday and it's like clockwork!  I used to have an iRobot and this blows it out of the water.  Super easy to put No-Go zones, clean specific rooms and easy to schedule.  This is literally the best robotic vacuum on the market.

1000% recommend it. This vacuum is great for pet owners or anyone who just wants a cleaner home, easier and less work. You can set times to do certain rooms and which ones to mop/just vacuum. It works so well. You cant go wrong with this one!

The best!

This vaccum is a game changer. I did alot of research before making my purchase. This brand is fairly unheard of but its abilites far outweigh its competitors. Ive not had to sweep once since purchasing this robot. Its mapping system is A ! It cleans in a streamlined manor and dosent hop all over the place. You can set up no go zones to your preference. This has been the best investment for our family of four kids. Once less chore for me to do! Buy it, you wont regret it.

Best robot vaccum on the market

I've used it once since it arrived a week ago. I was impressed by how well it cleaned my carpets and floors. The 4th level suction (1 above the default) worked better on my carpet. I have not used the mop yet. I like the app but it was not intuitive to set up.

Great so far

We have been impressed with the Roborock S5 Max and have found that it especially works well on hardwood/tile floors.  It works well on carpet as well but does drain our battery much quicker.   We had a very old roomba prior where it bounced off the walls and never returned to the dock to recharge on its own.  We really like how the machine seems to cover the entire surface with smarts.  The apps is handy but is a little clunky i would say.  It works in beta form it seems for both our floors but moving between the floors and merging and splitting of areas is a bit cumbersome within the app.  The app is nice to see where the machine is at any given time however even when away.  It also is nice to be able to tailor how much water to put down with the mop.  The hardwoods if you get to much it leaves streaks and in the kitchen it is nice to lay down a bit more water on the tile.  You can customize this within the app.   We don't have a pet yet but I can tell you it sure picks up a heck of a lot of hair from the family so would imagine it works well with pets as well.  

Would we buy again:  YES

Pros:
App - nice to see where it is any given time even when away from the house
Sucks well and picks up more then I ever thought it would especially on hard floors
Machine cleans the full space with logic

Cons:
Expensive
App - a bit cumbersome merging and figuring out how to add a second floor for example
Cloth for moping is already wearing away and we have had this only for 2 months
Dustbin does fill up quickly but maybe that is not a problem with the machine but in my dirty house

Works Well and Worth the Price

This unit is trash work good on the beginning then stop dispense water from tank to mopping rag. costumer service (thru email only) is poor and all they do is telling that pocket a hole with a needle for water to be delivered to mop. they don't either bother in say I will replace the tank bc water pump failed. Sorry, everything out work good.

ONLY WORK GOOD 1ST TWO MONTHS

water tank started leaking after few uses, contacted roborock support and they were not ok to replace the tank since this was purchased from walmart, do your self a favor and buy a reputable brand product, this amz only brand is cheap and flaky.
