 He said: Go to him, no one else will stop you.

 So he went to him and told him the story and after he finished his words

 The madman said to him: Tell your brothers: Do you have anyone who testifies that my father has died?

 He said: Take wisdom from the mouths of madmen, how could I not think of this?!

 And he went to court and told the judge what the madman had told him

 The judge said: You are right, do you have witnesses?

 They said: Our father died in a far country, and the news came to us, and there is no evidence of that

 The judge said to them: Bring witnesses.

 The case remained pending for a year and a half

 And their brother said to them: If you were patient for a week, it would be better for you

هم قالو أنه كان هناك رجل ثري مات في بلدٍ بعيدة عن بلده وأخبار وفاته وصلت إلى أبنائه، 

ابنه الأكبر حدد يوم العزاء ولكن إخوانه طالبو بالميراث 

قال لهم :انتظروا حتى ننهي مراسم العزاء 

فرفضوا وقالو : يجب أن نقسم التركة اليوم 

ر عليهم وقال : ماذا ستقول الناس عنا بأننا لسنا صبورين

رفض طلبهم، لذلك ذهبوا إلى المحكمة وأقاموا قضية ضده، والقاضي أرسل له أمرا للحضور

وأخذ يفكر ماذا يفعل

فذهب إلى أحد الناس العاقلين في البلدة  ليشاوره وهو صاحب رأي سليم، فأخبره بالقصة كاملة وقال : انظر لي مخرج

قال الحكيم له : اذهب الى كذا وكذا هو سيعطيك فتوى وسيعطيك الحل

فقال له : كذا وكذا مجنون!  كيف له أن يحل مشكلة لا يقدر العاقل أن يحلها

رد عليه : أذهب إليه، لن يفتيك غيره

فذهب إليه وأخبره القصة وبعدما أنهى حديثه رد عليه المحنون وقال : أخبر إخوتك هل لديكم أي أحد يشهد أن أبي قد مات؟

قال : خذوا الحكمة من أفواه المجانين، كيف لي لم أفكر في هذا؟!

ذهب إلى المحكمة وأخبر القاضي ما أخبره الرجل المجنون

قال القاضي انت على حق ، هل لديكم ادلة؟
