Community Hall Revitalization Survey
All information collected will be anonymous and used solely to develop a needs assessment report for the Elmwood Park Community hall. The needs assessment report will be posted for public viewing on the Elmwood Park Community Hall's website upon completion. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE COLLECTED AND WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.

This questionnaire will take approximately 3-4 minutes to complete, and the board will consider all responses.

Background Information
Elmwood Park Community hall is a small community hall in the Elmwood Park community. The board's goal is to develop a larger hall on the Elmwood Park property, allowing for more programming for our community members.  Elmwood Park Community Hall defines programming as special events, specialized services, and grounds use.

The board's goal is to begin developing the new building in the Spring of 2022. To strengthen this project's success, we are collecting additional information regarding how the community members currently access programming at the hall and how the hall could potentially be used in the future.
