This is a MANDATORY application for ALL clubs (both returning & new) and failure to submit may result in omission from the schedule. Kindly note all teams for a club could be playing on a given day.

We strongly encourage and urge you to follow all COVID protocols and our planning and execution will continue to comply with government protocols and guidelines  at all times. That said, like you we are planning and hopeful for a full season.
