Spend time wandering around old Mugla, take cay in the Tea shops. The people are friendly and it is safe. The main bus station is 2 km outside Mugla so you need to walk, take taxi or find a local bus from the town centre. Not many people speak English, so try your luck with a few Turkish words.

The food there is on the pricier side of things but the quality was amazing. We tried lots of their dishes and we loved them all! Oz and Halil the two staff members that run the bar in the afternoon and evening were exceptional, welcoming and friendly. Oz speaks great English and had a great of sense of humour, Halil was also great at communicating. Not only did we go on holiday but we made two great friends as well! Would recommend the butter shrimp and some bread. Tasty tasty stuff.

The staff are kind and service is fast, the food and drinks are really good quality for a hotel (especially the espresso martini!) The prices at the bar are fair too! It's a quick walk to the beautiful beach and the hotel has their own loungers there to use which is an added bonus.

The hotel is all new and, I think, it's probably the best hotel in this area.
