Back in 2015, they have set the goal of eliminating the unjustified pay gap between employees in the same positions. In a couple of years, they have reduced the gap to 1%, and in recent years the gap has been less than 1%.

By participating in the Baltic Salary Survey this year, Swedbank Lietuvoje had the opportunity to compare their achievements in closing the unjustified pay gap with other companies in the market. As a result, we are proud to announce that Swedbank Lietuvoje received the Fair Pay award in the category of large companies.
