SOS Children's Village International in Bangladesh www.sos-bangladesh.org  is a private, non-political and non-denominational child welfare organization provides care for the children who have lost parental care or who are at risk of losing parental care and deprived of caring family environment which presently working in 137 countries and territories around the world. In Bangladesh, we have been working since 1972. Applications are invited for the following position:

Position:  Officer- Human Resource

Location of Job:  National Office, Dhaka

Major Area of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support the implementation, integration, and administration of D-365 HR Module in SOS Bangladesh
  • Ensure the accurate and up-to-date HR data is captured and maintained on the system at all times
  • Perform ongoing data quality check, undertake data analysis and generate analytical reports from the system as needed
  • Work closely with HR Director on job assignment of new positions according to the job taxonomy
  • Provide support in recruitment process through iCIMS
  • Responsible to maintain local HR software
  • Compiling various HR data/ reports, as assigned
  • Coordinate on selected HR topics, as assigned
  • Adhere to the guidelines of Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct

Qualification & Experience:

  • Postgraduate in Human Resources Management, Management Information System or a related field from any recognised university 
  • At least 2nd Division / Class in all public examinations
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferable
  • Familiarity of using HRIS software (D-365-HR or other)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application like excel, power point.
  • Good command in English (both written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills, proactive, team player and capability to work under pressure.

Salary: BDT 30,000.00 per month (Consolidated) [Negotiable for only highly competent candidates]

After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children’s Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
