A Japan-based international management Consulting, Training, Recruiting Company is looking for an Administration & Translation Staff who will perform with the fantastic Japanese team. Ensuring corporate communication with head office, other companies, and clients through the Japanese Language.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates who wish to go to Japan in various occupations, including Japanese language students, technical interns, and SSWs.
  • Corresponding within the Japan Head Quarter and taking care of the official activities.
  • Provide verbal & written interpretation/ translation (Bengali or English to Japanese and Japanese to Bengali or English) when necessary.
  • Screening candidates over the phone calls and Video conferencing platforms and creating resumes for qualified candidates and various documents procedures
  • Ensure effective use of digital media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) to improve marketing and customer awareness.
  • Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations.
  • Good MS Office skills with strong grab on MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and good email writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop relationships at all levels with customers, representatives, and personnel
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Japanese Language Level: NAT/JLPT test N2 or N3. Fluency in Japanese & English speaking and writing.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Management

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Japanese and English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
