We really appreciate your interest to sponsor our event. We would love to partner with you for the sponsorship. We just need few things to proceed.

The Code Club mostly takes place on 3rd Saturday of the month.

Sponsorship involves getting food and drinks to the venue for the regular scheduled meetup. As a form of thanks and appreciation, we would love to list you on the meetup's meetings page and also dedicate first few minutes to share your insights and anything that you would like our audience to hear.

As RSVPs happen, we will keep you posted on likely attendance, then you order whatever you want. We usually try to accomdate 30-40 attendees based on their availability and subject to external factors. It is hard to estimate cost but we can discuss more on how we can make it a less burden for you.

Food-wise, having a bit of vegetarian option is really appreciated. For drink, beverages like coffee/tea would be great.
