Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “My Body My Earth”

Place: Floda, near Gothenburg, Sweden
Dates: 8-16 October, 2022 (including travel days)

The youth exchange will bring together 48 participants from Sweden, Turkey, Greece, Netherlands, Lithuania & Ukraine. We aim to spend 7 days together contributing for each other's personal growth with the help of non-formal education and group learning.

The project has the following objectives:
A.raise awareness about climate change and know the principles of deep ecology,
B.develop a certain level of ecological consciousness;
C.acquire good practices to address climate change and live more sustainably and balanced in alignment with the body's needs and with the available renewable natural resources;
E.reevaluation of our values and lifestyles, both for our own physical and mental health, as well as for the health of our planet.
F.build a healthier relationship both with the body and with the biosphere, based on connection, identification and awareness;
G.break down the rigid distinctions drawn between us and our environment and facilitate the experience of
interconnectedness;
H.set the foundations of a collective inner ecology.
I.create network of partners to follow up this topic;
J.promote other E+ initiatives tackling the issue.

Age of participants: 18-30 (fully vaccinated against COVID-19). Remember that men aged 18-60 are not allowed to leave Ukraine during martial law!

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:
Accommodation, meals, training materials are fully covered by the Erasmus+ programme. 100% of the travel expenses (in the limit of 245 EUR) will be reimbursed after the project, upon the presentation of all original documents (reservations, receipts, tickets). At their own costs, participants are allowed to arrive and to stay 3 extra days (2 nights) outside the project duration and have their flight reimbursed. However, in this case, they have to pay the extra days of hotel and food.

The participants should purchase a traveling standard insurance at their own expense and pay 500 UAH as a participation fee after approval of their candidacy.
