We offer a proven 6-step process: discovery, planning, design, development, launch, and support.

Step 4: TRIARE leverages Scrum and Kanban, and in some cases Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), to proceed with the mobile and web development. We follow industry standards such as ISO/IEC 12207.

Step 5: TRIARE leads clients through the launch hassle by managing app markets and assisting with testing. We provide full-stack business automation control and continuous uptime support.

The project scale, schedule, deliverables, and team structure form the pricing. When the scope isn’t fixed, we choose to operate on a time and materials basis: you pay us for the time we spend on the project then.

Any client may opt in for a discovery phase which we strongly recommend for a humble $4,500. The average cost for mobile app development is $30,000 whereas a website varies from $15,000 (for a WordPress site) to $90,000 (an ecommerce platform).
