I liked the hotel. I stayed there for 18 nights. I stay in at least 6 hotels every year. I arrived with a car. The hotel has a convenient and accessible underground parking lot with a direct elevator to the room floor. I liked the pool less. A two-level pool with an inconvenient and unstable entrance and exit on the lower level. The breakfast is good and sufficient for a 4-star hotel. The service is excellent. The staff members are always willing to help with a big smile. The room is excellent. Well maintained. A stream of water at a constant temperature, something that not happens in many hotels. For those looking for night life in Pattaya, the hotel is very close to one of the bar areas, but at the same time the acoustics are good and you don't hear the ambient noise. The hotel is one of the "Best Value for Money" I have visited. I will definitely return to it the next time I come to Pattaya. For me I would give the hotel a score of 9 out of 10.

I thought everything about your hotel was excellent. The staff were always very helpful and pleasant. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Great choice at breakfast where nothing was too much trouble for your staff.

I liked the friendly staff, from the minute you arrive they take good care of you, welcome drink on arrival with a seamless check in process. I have a young child who is 1 year old and the staff are very helpful to accommodate our needs. I also like the central location, a 5 minute walk to Central Festival, Shopping Center, restaurants and bars and Pattaya beach. I like the nice, well maintained pool area great for the kids to play and have fun. I will definitely return in the future. The breakfast was great, however, needs a little more variety.

Location is amazing for the bar/nightlife, also great for the baht buses as they run in both directions at the bottom of the road. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly, the breakfast is ok a few weird options for me but they are serving many different nationalities, so something for everyone.
