Prime location for tourists as near historical attractions, like the Galata Tower and good transportation links, like the T1 tram (which takes you to most tourists locations in the city). The staff were always available and going the extra mile to be attentive and accommodating. The onsite SPA is amazing (having been my second time visiting the SPA) and we’ll definitely visit again.

The hotel is in a very historical and beautiful building and the ceiling of the room I stayed in was very beautiful with its historical texture. The location is very close to everywhere. We could not use the restaurant because there was a small renovation, but the food in the room service was good. Also, most importantly for me, the receptionist Mr. Ulas helped me a lot. The hotel is located well within reach of public transport, great restaurant and places of interest. The building itself is of historical value and we loved the tasteful interior design which retained the historical ceiling along with the lovely stone flooring and cladding in the toilet.
