  • My mother’s flight was cancelled three times in a row resulting in her missing multiple days at work. Even after she paid an extra 300$ for a flexible flight and not once was she offered another flight on another airline to quickly get home. Instead she was told to pay for the flight out of pocket to get back home and she’d get paid back days later. If she had the money to pay for another airline she wouldnt be having this problem. If you cancel her flight, you should pay for her to get on another one end of story. This is ridiculous, and the fact it takes 30 days for a refund when the fault is on your end is even worse. She was also hung up on 3 times when she called for help with Frontier Flight customer service. Frontier Flight has terrible service.

  • Frontier sucks, I paid for a package deal w/insurance for cancelation, I canceled the flight a month before the date and they still charged me 50% of the ticket ($200) I spoke with the rep and she told me that I needed to get insurer to try to get my money back. I advised her that I bought off the frontier site and should not have to pay for it because I had the insurance for that reason. They didn’t care.

  • My flight was canceled 3 hours before the flight without explanation. There was no flight for the next two days. I was told by three different customer agents to buy tickets through different airlines and I would be reimbursed but now I got an email saying I would not be reimbursed. I lost almost 1 K in one-way tickets which would only cost me a couple of hundred dollars since I had to buy a ticket at the last minute because of frontier airlines. Your customer agents don’t even give the right information to your customers. I can never trust this airline now. worst of all.

  • Terrible unhelpful rude overseas phone customer service..830 am flight “delayed “ until evening then canceled last minute..next Available flight 2 days later unacceptable!cost me over 2000$ Extra fees and costs for a last minute different airline reservation, and hotel and car rental last minute changes!!!

    Our granddaughter’s flight from Tampa to Denver was first delayed and then cancelled. There were no available flights leaving Tampa any more that night, nor the next day, the day after, the next day, the next not the next. FIVE days – that is excessive. She was given a website to access with several options but she could only schedule a flight from Tampa on that website. We were able to schedule a flight out of Sarasota on another airline. leaving Tuesday. She was promised a $100 Frontier travel voucher to arrive within 24 hours, they were supposed to refund her ticket, and allow up to $500 in ticket fees on another airline. None of this is happening.

    Frontier is the worst, flight was cancelled after 8 hours of delays in the airport on 4/3/2022. Another flight didn’t leave to our destination for another week, we had to buy airline tickets to from another city to fly home, add 3 days later (vacation wasted not planned for), a rental car, and more hotel fees. They promised to pay, however, they are not, a dozen emails later, and they are still arguing. I reported them to DOT, BBB and next I’ll write the attorney General. this is total BS! I would NEVER EVER fly with them again, even if the tickets were free. They are LIARS and thieves!
