I really dig this Pumpkin piece by Russian artist, Maria Radyuk. It’s pastel on paper.

I love the color combination. Complimentary colors always seem to work. I always like to hear the “behind the scenes” ideas and she’s got a cute little story behind it, which makes it all the more relatable.

Once my mom bought a pair of tiny little pumpkins. They were soo pretty and she just couldn’t help buying them. They were so nice and we just couldn’t eat them and decided to leave as a decor. Every day passing them by I admired and one day felt that I long for painting them so that their beauty live forever on paper! ))
