COVID-19 Testing Site Information

Wisconsin National Guard will be providing testing in our region through the middle of December 2021. 

 

Key information on testing:

  • Testing is free of charge
  • Testing is for those 12 months or older that have been identified as close contacts or have ANY of the following symptoms:
    • fever or chills, cough, fatigue, headache, difficulty breathing, muscle aches, diarrhea, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, new loss of taste or smell
  • ​This is a nasal swab test
  • You do NOT need to be referred by a doctor to come to one of these sites
  • No antibody testing is provided at these sites

Do NOT come to the community testing site, but seek emergency medical care if you are experiencing any of the following:Trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion, inability to wake or stay awake, bluish lips or face, or experience any other symptoms that are concerning to you.
