Equal Opportunities in Youth Work Project is a training course project to be carried out in the type of mobility of youth workers of the Erasmus+ programme. The training course to be organized within the scope of the project will be organized in Muğla between 9 - 17 October 2021, and 30 active youth workers from 10 different countries will be included in the project. 3 trainers will take part in the project and 3 facilitators will support the training organization.

The target groups of the project will be carried out by youth workers from Turkey, Albania, Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Spain and Ukraine are youth workers, individuals with physical and mental disabilities and young people with fewer opportunities. Participants who will receive training within the scope of the project and disseminate the project outputs will be selected from among the youth workers who actively work in our partner organizations. Participants who have experience in the field, have worked with disabled individuals or have disabled individuals in their target groups will be included in our project.
