According to art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (...) ("General Regulation"), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", the Jagiellonian University informs that :

 1. The administrator of your personal data is the Jagiellonian University, with headquarters at 24 Gołębia Street, Cracow 31-007.
 2. The Data Protection Supervisor, appointed by the University, is based at room no. 5, 24 Gołębia street, Cracow 31-007. The Officer can be contacted in person from Monday to Friday (8: 30 am-3:30 pm) or via e-mail: iod@uj.edu.pl or by phone – 12 663 12 25.
 3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
   a) performance of the contract, the subject of which is participation in the Fireside Chats event, as well as the registration preceding it, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1it. B GDPR,
 4. Providing your personal data is:
   a) a condition for the conclusion and implementation of the contract, i.e. registration and participation in the aforementioned event
 5. Your personal data will not be made available to third parties,
 6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations,
 7. Your data will be stored for the duration of the organization of the event, and until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims that may arise from the performance of the contract referred to in point. 3 lit. a.
 8.  You have the right to: access your data and rectify it, delete it (unless further processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, investigate or defend claims), limit its processing, transfer such data, object to its processing.
 9. Your personal data will not be subject to automatic decision making or profiling,
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you feel that the processing of your personal data is in violation of the provisions of the General Regulation.

Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych (…) („Rozporządzenie Ogólne”), dalej jako „RODO” Uniwersytet Jagielloński informuje, że:

 1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Uniwersytet Jagielloński, ul. Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków.
 2. W Uniwersytecie wyznaczony został Inspektor Ochrony Danych, ul. Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków, pokój nr 5. Kontakt z Inspektorem zapewniony jest od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach od 8:30-15:30 oraz przez e-mail: iod@uj.edu.pl lub pod numerem telefonu 12 663 12 25/1075,
 3.  Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu:
   a) realizacji umowy, której przedmiotem jest udział w wydarzeniu z cyklu Fireside Chats, a także poprzedzająca go rejestracja, tj. na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1it. b) RODO,
 4. Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych jest:
   a) warunkiem zawarcia i realizacji umowy czyli dokonania rejestracji oraz udziału w ww. wydarzeniu,
 5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą udostępnione/nie będą udostępniane podmiotom trzecim.
 6. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich (poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy) ani do organizacji międzynarodowych.
 7. Pani/Pana dane przechowywane będą przez okres organizacji wydarzenia, a także do czasu przedawnienia roszczeń mogących wyniknąć z realizacji umowy, o której mowa w pkt. 3 lit. a)
 8.  Posiada Pani/Pan prawo do: dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz ich sprostowania, usunięcia (chyba że dalsze przetwarzanie jest konieczne dla wykonania obowiązku prawnego albo w celu ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń), ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania,
 9. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przedmiotem automatycznego podejmowania decyzji ani profilowania,
10.  Posiada Pan/Pani prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych gdy uzna Pani/Pan, że przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych odbywa się z naruszeniem przepisów Rozporządzenia Ogólnego.
