Required Skills:

● Upper-Intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)

●IT Recruitment in the product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies will be a plus;

●Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;

●Strong communication and presentation skills;

●Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;

●Strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail;

● Focus on results.

Tasks:

● Sourcing, communication with candidates, conducting interviews, and support of Job Offers;

●Regular monitoring of the IT markets;

● Creating new ways and approaches to attracting the best specialists;
