What are the most common challenges that founders face, and how can you overcome them with resiliency?
Embrace Authenticity and Storytelling: Regardless of the industry or region, authenticity and storytelling are powerful tools for building connections and trust with your audience. Share the unique stories behind your brand, products, or services. Communicate your values, mission, and journey in a genuine and relatable manner. Authenticity resonates universally and helps humanize your brand, fostering deeper relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders. By weaving compelling narratives, you can differentiate your business, inspire loyalty, and create memorable experiences that transcend cultural and geographical boundaries. Let your authenticity shine through in every aspect of your business.

What are the most common challenges that founders face, and how can you overcome them with resiliency?
As a founder, embracing uncertainty is part of the journey. Expect unexpected changes, setbacks, and opportunities. Stay flexible, adaptable, and open to learning. Embrace experimentation, pivot when needed, and learn from mistakes. Be optimistic, confident, and courageous. Trust in yourself and your vision. This mindset, learned through experience, will guide you through challenges and drive growth.

The Sales Academy development is not a single sales methodology training rather it's a program like a tertiary kind where you go through a series of structured training through professional coaches on different aspects of business ranging from selling skills, strategic planning, technology, leadership, financial approach to sales, etc.
The program culminates with a presentation to a panel of judges from different business units from the likes of CEO, GM,VP and other executives who are members of the panel.
The presentation is about the practical application of the learnings and the passion you take to your work both internal and external and your success rate in your profession.
If your presentation meets and exceeds the expected marking you then are honored in at the annual company sales conference - usually about 750 people+ - as a Sales Graduate.
The Sales Academy program at gen-i and is focused essentially for Individual Development Program at all levels from Individual Contributor to Management.
