I really dig this Smelling the Roses painting by American artist, Rodrigue Semabia. It’s enamel on canvas. I love it! It’s very abstract, but once you read the title, there’s no mistaking what it is!

This is Number Seven in a series. The quote for this one is, ’Running after fast success is way to be cut off of the road of smelling the roses’’.

Semabia was born in Togo, West Africa and migrated to the US several years ago.
