Talent Sourcer to $550 Offline

The CHI Software team is not standing still. We love our job and give it one hundred percent of us! Every new project is a challenge that we face successfully. The only thing that can stop us is... Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Talent Sourcer.
 

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Talent Sourcer or having a certificate of completion of HR/Recruitment/Sales/PM courses;
• General understanding of the IT industry;
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.);
• Ability to create high-quality texts (messages, follow-up, etc.) and conduct written communication
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate+ level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms, to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage passive candidates and build relationships through proactive outreach.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
