North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI)
North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, or commonly referred as NCA CASI, was formed in 1895. The organization provides peer-based evaluation and accreditation services for schools and colleges. It is recognized by both the US Department of Education (DOE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
The Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC)
The Northwest Accreditation Commission, founded in 1917, is a not-for-profit organization that oversees proper assessment and evaluation of third-party accrediting agencies. NWAC joined AdvancED in 2012, contributing to its formation as the world’s biggest school accreditation body.
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI)
As an accreditation division of Cognia, SACS SACI has accredited over 13000 schools all over the world. Founded in 1895, it became a part of one of the six regional accreditation bodies in the USA and further went on to join AdvancED in 2006. Recognized by US Department of Education (DOE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), SACS CASI undertakes a rigorous evaluation process to accredit a school based on their system organization and quality assurance.
