Restore Repair Renew: Philadelphia Neighborhood Home Preservation Program (RRR) is a new program sponsored by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, and implemented by the non-profits Philadelphia Health Management Corporation, Clarifi and PCCA, to provide affordable home repair loans to eligible Philadelphia homeowners.

If you are interested in being included on the list of pre-qualified contractors to be provided to program participants, please complete the survey below.  You will need to input the following:
    -Your company’s Philadelphia Contracting License from Licenses and Inspection,
         OR BOTH
        -Your company's PA Attorney General Home Improvement Contractor Registration number AND
        -Your Philadelphia Commercial Activity License number.  
Being listed as a prequalified contractor does not guarantee that a homeowner will select your company to perform repairs.
