横浜市認可保育園「ハート保育園グループ」で、コロナ対策を訴えた保育士への報復人事で異動命令を出した運営者に対し、2名の保育士が異動命令の撤回と安心・安全な労働環境および保育環境を作るよう求めて2人の保育士がストライキを行なっています。
