Lab test reports give error and doesn't show in app, neither does it download. What's the point of application if that doesn't work! Better email the reports. On top of it, there is no support team available to help.

I logged in using my phone number and there is already someone's existing profile. I can't change existing profile or delete it. This is rediculous flow and restriction. Was there no way to identify when someone else was using my phone number. I am the first owner of this number for last 15 years, so this is not like number belonged to someone else.

Hi, For the past couple of weeks, the myFortis App is stuck in the login / authentication process, unable to access profiles or appointments. I have emailed you the details. Please fix this issue ASAP. Thanks!
