The Rising of the Shield Hero Characters to Guest-Star in Isekai Quartet Anime Season 2

The Isekai Quartet crossover anime's "Yōkoso Isekai!" fan appeciation event announced on Saturday that characters from The Rising of The Shield Hero franchise will be "guest stars" in the second Isekai Quartet season. The event also teased that other characters will appear in the second season.
Crunchyroll and Funimation were streaming the first Isekai Quartet season as it aired. Funimation describes the story:

The first season premiered in Japan on April 9.
Minoru Ashina (Kaiju Girls, Pure Pure Purea Desu Overlord shorts) is scripting and directing the project. Minoru Takehara is serving as both character designer and chief animation director. Studio Puyukai (Kaiju Girls, Lord Marksman and Vanadis, Pure Pure Purea Desu Overlord shorts) is animating the work.
The Rising of The Shield Hero anime will have two more seasons after the first season ran for 25 episodes earlier this year.
