Eligibility: young people from Belarus aged 17-28 (in case of a large number of applications priority will be given to those participants who were not previously engaged in the project).
Number of participants is limited to 20 persons.

Format: a combination of online webinars precipitating offline workshops
• in Lithuania (if international travelling will be allowed)
• or Belarus (if international travelling will not be allowed, but "real live” events will be allowed in the country with precautionary measures and social distance) in early autumn / late summer 2020.

Content: the project will have two dimensions:
1. practical webinars with 1-3 experts per each webinar.
a. debating and argumentation;
b. public speaking;
c. media, SMM and digital formats;
d. academic and non-academic writing;
e. project management.
2. inputs from experts from the European Union regarding current political, social and economic situation + Q&A/discussion with the participants.

Frequency: there will be an overall number of 5 webinars taking place once in 2-3 weeks, starting from June 2020. Each session will last for approximately 2-3 hours. Before each webinar experts will provide the participants with self study materials and after the webinar each participant will get an assignment for self-control.
Between the webinars there will be an opportunity to join online discussion with experts from the EU and discuss present topics.

Possible outcome: throughout the time of the online part of the project participants will have a chance to develop ideas and present their own projects the best of which will be supported by KAS (it can be articles, videoblogs, research projects, etc.). To do this, they will need to write a short application with the description of the concept, target group, aims and budget for its implimentation (if necessary) or other way KAS could support it (for example, proof-reading, translation and publication for an article or supervisor support for a research project).

The working languages of the project are English and Russian.
